The program includes Tuesday evening runs with a coach and longer runs on Saturday mornings with the MDRA Polar Bear running group. Class meets at Edina Community Center, (ECC) 5701 Normandale Rd, Edina, MN. Class is led by certified coaches.

 Information/Orientation

• Tuesday, November 15, 6:30 p.m. • ECC Room 334
• Registration for the class will also be available at Orientation
• First run of session will follow orientation at appox. 6:45.

Class Details

• Suitable for runners of all levels and abilities.
• Meets each Tues beginning Nov. 15 through Jan. 24
• You must sign up for your Securian event separate from the training class.
• Saturday runs with MDRA Polar Bears are optional but encouraged!

Cost

• Members - $75 • Non-members - $100 (includes 1 yr membership)
• Training programs are led by certied coaches
• Class members receive $5 o the race entry fee for Securian Races - 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon
