Two women's programs -
Women's Running Camp in Edina - Wednesdays, April 11 - May 30 - 2012
Are you a beginner runner, an experienced runner or a "wanna be" runner who quit over the winter and
want to recharge your batteries? This is the running camp for you. If you have never run a step before, we can
train you to run for 30 minutes nonstop in 8 weeks. If you are an experienced runner of any ability level
we can help you gain speed, strength and endurance. Our coaches are second to none. We create an
atmosphere of fun and camaraderie as you train. In addition to our workouts we have speakers on topics
ranging from running shoes to nutrition to core strength training. This is the camp for you.
The camp runs from April 11 -May 30, 2012 on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 p.m. We meet at the
Edina Community Center second floor caferteria and will run our workouts in that area.
Cost of the class is $79 and includes a free one year membership in MDRA (value of $25).

Women's Beginning Running in Maple Grove - April 18 - May 30 Every Wednesday evening at Maple Grove Junior High
Classes run Wednesday evenings beginning April 18, 25, May 2, 9, 16,23,30. Class periods are from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
