Marathon Training Programs
The Fall Marathon Training program begins on Tuesday, June 22 with an info session (no run) at the Edina Community Center, room 351 at 7:00 p.m.
First run is on Saturday, June 26 at 7:00 a.m. at the Sears Building on Rice and University in St. Paul. Class registration at 6:30 a.m.
The program has a Tuesday run and classroom session and then a longer run on Saturday. The Tuesday sessions meet in Edina at the Community Center and the Saturday runs are from a variety of running locations. The classes are coached by certified coaches and include training topics such as injury prevention, nutrition, also different training methods and philosophies.

• Base mileage of 20-25 miles per week is recommended to start the program
