Marathon Training Program The Fall Class starts on Saturday, June 23rd with the first Saturday morning run The program has a Tuesday evening run with a speaker or coach info session; longer runs will be on Saturday mornings. The Tuesday and Saturday runs will meet at a variety of running locations. Many of the long runs will include sections of the Twin Cities Marathon course. The classes are coached by certified coaches and include training topics such as injury prevention, and nutrition along with different training methods and philosophies.
